Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community & Schools Support Worker to join their team.

Working closely with schools, families and partner organisations, you will provide practical and emotional support to children, young people and their families who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including emotional wellbeing concerns, neurodiversity, family difficulties, bereavement, financial hardship, housing issues and social isolation.
