Join the Grand Council Treaty #3 as the Community Reintegration Project Coordinator, focusing on facilitating the Kenora Community Reintegration Planning Table. Collaborate to improve lives of former inmates through holistic support services.
This position is limited to internal GCT3 staff and Treaty 3 members. In this leadership role, you will coordinate community reintegration efforts, engage with diverse stakeholders, and ensure culturally sensitive practices. Your goal will be to enhance the quality of life for parolees transitioning from Kenora District Jail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective collaboration through CRPT membership
• Lead meetings for comprehensive inmate release planning
• Monitor success with evaluation and data collection
• Address challenges in program implementation
• Facilitate Indigenous cultural programs for former inmates
