Bless Community Services is a social service agency (IPC) set up to enable, enrich and empower individuals, families and communities through our holistic social care approaches.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Senior and Community Connect team to help seniors pursuie productive ageing lifestyle and to engage in community outreach and welfare programmes and services. Job Description: 1. Programme Coordinator for Senior Activities Coordinate and oversee the weekly Senior SWEE! programme, including planning, execution, and evaluation of activities. Develop and pilot new programmes and activities aligned with BCS's Model of Care, responding to emerging needs of seniors. Lead outreach efforts to expand the geographical coverage, enabling BCS to reach and serve more seniors within the community.
