COMMUNITY PLANNER

Summary You will serve as a Community Planner within the Facilities Integrated Product Team (IPT) of the Industrial Capability and Infrastructure Group (IC&I) at COMFLTREADCEN Headquarters, supporting the Fleet Readiness Centers' Infrastructure Optimization and Modernization Program (FIOP). Responsibilities You will facilitate development, coordination, update, and implementation of COMFRC’s long-range shore infrastructure plan to include the Enterprise Master Plan (EMP). You will ensure sound engineering and analytical techniques are employed to translate projected workload and facility support requirements into quantified and detailed plans of accomplishment including cost implications. You will act as a point of contact for NAVAIR Headquarters, for other systems commands and OPNAV personnel concerning FRC participation in Navy-wide facilities programs.
