Role Overview

Key Duties

• Organize monthly community events to bring neighbors together and create a positive, engaging living environment.
• Inspect common areas like parks and swimming pools daily to guarantee they remain clean and safe for all residents.
• Manage the digital portal where tenants submit their service requests and closely track the progress of each repair ticket.
