About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Community Navigator to join our Mental Health & Addiction Services team. This is an exciting and innovative role focused on supporting people to build stronger social connections, increase community engagement and reduce loneliness.
Working directly with service users, you will support individuals to identify meaningful activities, reconnect with their communities, and build confidence in developing and maintaining social relationships. This role forms part of a nationally funded research study, contributing to the development of new approaches to improving social inclusion and wellbeing.
