An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time post for Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team, based at Sovereign House Hartlepool older peoples service. We are looking for a dynamic, positive and forward-thinking clinician with a passion for caring for people, their families and carers.
This role may be eligible for sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route.
