Located steps from ECU's campus at 550 Pitt-Greene Connector, with fully furnished studio, one-, two-, and four-bedroom floor plans, a private bathroom in every bedroom, a heated pool and sundeck, a clubhouse with fitness center and game room, and study space with a computer lab, University Edge & Dickinson Lofts competes at the top of the Greenville market. We're looking for a Community Manager who can protect that position — someone who knows how to run a full pre-leasing cycle to 100% occupancy and understands the rhythm of an academic-year lease.
