The Heritage Business Foundation (HBF) is a non‑profit organisation that supports, promotes, and sustains Singapore’s heritage establishments. We work closely with traditional businesses, community partners, and public agencies to ensure that the stories, crafts, and enterprises of earlier generations continue to thrive in a modern economy.

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Community Manager to serve as the Foundation’s primary liaison with heritage businesses and industry partners.

This role is central to our mission: you will build trusted relationships with business owners, learn about their operational challenges, and ensure they receive timely and effective support. You will be both an advocate and a problem‑solver – the first touchpoint heritage business owners instinctively reach out to when they need help, advice, or connections.
