The Community Growth Operator Associate is responsible for community growth and daily operations across Viber, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and other community platforms, with a focus on growing members, increasing engagement, supporting campaign participation, and managing operational risks within platform rules and brand requirements.

The role collaborates closely with Marketing, Social Media, Campaign, and Customer Operations Teams to ensure effective community development, user retention, and positive customer experiences. The position plays a key role in advancing the organization's Talent Density Strategy by cultivating highly engaged online communities, strengthening brand presence, and driving sustainable user growth through localized content, community initiatives, and data‑driven engagement strategies.
