Join Medavie Health Services as a Registered Social Worker focused on community mental health care. Deliver support to individuals aged 16+ in Huron and Perth Counties through flexible, client-centered services.
In this permanent position, you will provide therapy and assessment primarily in clients’ homes. You’ll evaluate mental health risks and conditions, collaborate with community partners, and help clients navigate their mental health journeys. Strong assessment skills and the ability to adapt are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
