Job Description
A client in the Miami FL area is seeking a Community Association Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Association, ensuring the community is well-maintained and operating efficiently. The manager will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, residents, vendors, and the Board of Directors, handling communications, inquiries, and ongoing relationship management. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all maintenance activities, repairs, and capital improvement projects across the community, as well as conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards and governing documents.

The Community Association Manager will manage homeowner communications, including responding to resident inquiries, issuing violation notices, and processing Architectural Control Committee (ACC) applications.
