Communications Coordinator

The Gathering Spot is looking to hire a Communications Specialist within the marketing department reporting to the Band Manager to be responsible for member communications. 


Job Responsibilities:

+ Drafting targeted communications to members regarding member events, club updates, and member benefits including but not limited to:

+ Email

+ Push Notifications

+ Text Messaging


+ Managing Email Lists - updating, segmenting, cleaning

+ Act as a liaison between membership, operations and marketing team to communicate necessary information to membership

+ Works closely with Member Events team to monitor event attendance and adjust communications accordingly

+ Ideates and creates local promotions to attract new members and increase engagement of existing members
