**The Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies has an outstanding opportunity for a Communications & Events Specialist to join their team.**
**About this Opportunity**
Reporting to the Director of Communication, the Communications and Events Specialist is responsible for collaborating with JSIS Programs and Centers to manage and administer events and to provide publicity, website, and social media design, and content creation to support JSIS outreach for student and public engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
Communications & Publicity – 50%
+ Collaborate with a small team to develop comprehensive publicity plans for each Center event
+ Manage and create publicity of assigned events and related content creation across channels (social media, web, print flyers)
+ Generate email newsletters and article summaries, including text writing, image creation, and/or formatting, and adherence to...
