Job Description
Part time Communications Agent at Pullman Auckland. This role coordinates inbound phone calls and assists the front office with reservations and group preparations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all inbound phone calls within the hotel
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Maintain a good phone manner as the main point of contact for all incoming inquiries in the hotel
- Assist the wider front office team with reservations and group preparations; flexibility and willingness to roll up sleeves is essential
Qualifications
- Experience working as a receptionist in a hotel environment
- Eligible to work in New Zealand for at least 1 year
