Missions

1. Internal Communication Management
· Define and implement the internal communication plan, according to the groups guidelines, to support the ambitions of the business line.

· Take overall responsibility for internal communications, organising events, webinars, training sessions, videos, and articles etc. to engage staff. 

· Manage the flow of content to employees, ensuring timely and relevant communication. Maintain and update an internal communications schedule to avoid clashes or gaps in messaging.
