Watts is seeking an innovative Commodity Manager to drive cost efficiencies across its operations. The role serves as the Sourcing Lead for Watts Regulator and manages assigned commodities.

Mexico (Preferred locations: Monterey, Mexico City, Guadalajara)

Principal Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify, develop and manage the supply base in Mexico, with potential expansion into Latin and South America.
• Analyze spend data and implement commodity strategy to achieve year‑over‑year savings.
• Provide tactical sourcing support for multiple operations.
• Support dual sourcing initiatives.
• Lead negotiation and implementation of projects for assigned commodities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and General Commodity teams to identify world‑class suppliers.
• Develop a savings project pipeline and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional leaders.
