Commissioning manager

Overview

The Commissioning Manager is an integral part of the Adults Commissioning Team, which is responsible for a wide-ranging portfolio of services for adults in Camden including care and support within the home (sometimes referred to as domiciliary care), care homes, extra care, reablement, integrated neighbourhood development, community equipment and the Better Care Fund. This role holds specific responsibilities for Camden's home care market and supporting development and embedding our strength-based approach to delivering care and support at home.

In addition, the post holder will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to deliver on a range of commissioning strategies as part of the development of sustainable future care services.
