Base pay range
$300,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
- Lead commissioning for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and performance verification.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and green building standards (LEED/IGBC).
- Deliver detailed reports and support smooth handover to operations teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 15 years of commissioning experience in commercial buildings
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
