The Commissioning Specialist works directly with the commissioning team to execute the startup of Mantel's first‑of‑a‑kind demonstration system. You’ll be on the ground running pre‑commissioning checks, executing procedures, coordinating trades, and making sure the system comes up safely and to design intent.

This is a field‑heavy role. You’ll spend significant time on‑site at partner and host facilities, with shifts typically running 10 days on, 10 days off.
