Functieomschrijving

• Responsible for Commissioning Contract Management primarily interfacing with the commissioning technical team, the commissioning PM , the commissioning contractor, the construction EPCM contractor and the internal team.
• Lead the pre-award activities, negotiations and award of the required direct contracts for services and OEM assistance;
• Independently lead post-award management of contractual requirements including but not limited to;

o Handling and resolving any administrative and commercial issues related to commissioning, subject to submission for approval to appropriate level of authority (DOA); o Timely submission of deliverables (bank guar...
