Company Background:
We are representing our client, a licensed financial services company with their office location based in KL Eco City. They are currently hiringfor a Commission Operation Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily finance operations related to commission processing.
- Handle accounts receivable, accountpayable, ensuring accurate and timely posting of receipts and payments.
- Review daily commission reports and ensure accuracy generate by provider.
- Process payment (Cheques/ Giro/ PayNow/ bank transfer).
- Perform monthlybank reconciliation payments and receipts.
- Support system enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist with audit, tax matters, and ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks.
