Commission-Based Sales Consultant

We're hiring independent sales professionals to help auto repair shops discover AutoSuite – our cloud-based garage management platform.

Commission Structure

• 20% commission on new customer annual billing (first 12 months)
• 10% commission on renewals (month 13)
• Monthly performance bonuses (AED based on billing targets)
• Annual performance bonuses (AED 5k-100k, tiered by performance)

Requirements

• B2B software or services sales experience (or strong sales background)
• Cold calling, cold email, and follow-up skills (consultative, not pushy)
• Comfort with rejection and persistence with follow-up
• Ability to close deals independently
• Self-starter mentality – you don't need hand-holding
• Willingness to learn the automotive/garage industry fast
