WE'RE HIRING COMMIS CHEFS (COMMI 1, COMMI 2 & COMMI 3) Loco Otro | Aundh, Pune
Loco Otro is not your typical restaurant kitchen.
We're a 130-seater tapas bar where creativity, experimentation, and research are part of everyday life. From unique experiences like Finding Feni , Tequila Darling , and 2 Chefs & a Brewer to seasonal menu launches and chef collaborations, we're constantly exploring new ingredients, techniques, and food stories.
We're looking for passionate Commis Chefs who want to do more than just follow recipes. What We're Looking For ✔ Passion for food and hospitality
✔ Independently handle a kitchen section
Support menu development and food trials
Assist in training junior team members
Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards
Maintain quality and consistency during service
Assist with mise en place and food preparation
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
