Role Overview
The Commis Chef supports kitchen operations by assisting with preparation, service, and cleanliness while developing core culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and mise en place.
- Support service execution during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures.
- Learn and develop across kitchen sections.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years’ kitchen experience or culinary training.
