Commis 3 – Pastry

The Commis 3 Pastry supports the pastry team in preparing and producing high-quality desserts pastries and bakery items. This is an entry-level position focused on learning maintaining basic production tasks and ensuring consistency in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.

• Assist in the preparation of basic pastry items such as doughs batters creams sauces and garnishes.

• Support Chef de Partie/Pastry Cook in the creation of desserts for buffets à la carte banquets and room service.

• Follow standard recipes portion controls and production schedules.

• Help with baking assembling and finishing pastry products under supervision.

• Ensure all pastry items meet hotel quality and presentation standards.

• Maintain proper taste texture and appearance for all products prepared.
