Join our culinary team at Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha as a Commis 1 specializing in Indian and Arabic cuisines. Were looking for a passionate and dedicated entry-level chefs to assist in the preparation and presentation of authentic Indian and Arabic dishes in our bustling kitchen.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Indian and Arabic dishes
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by senior chefs
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in the plating and presentation of dishes
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Participate in kitchen inventory and stock rotation
- Learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and recipes
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
