To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a **Part Time Commis Chef** with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond. You'll prepare various dishes, mainly for our Riverside Kitchen. By taking pride in your workspace, emphasizing maintaining hygienic standards and consistency, and giving our menu the benefit of your expertise, you’ll create some of our guests’ most lasting memories.

**Your Day to Day:**

· Assist in the Preperation and production of high-quality dishes across a variety of outlets including a la carte, buffet, and banquets

· Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste ensuring mise en place and service requirements are met

· Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and HACCP requiremnets
