Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and negotiate moderate to complex risks
• Analyze quotes and recommend innovative insurance solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients
• Enhance department efficiency through process improvement recommendations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements:
• 1 year of underwriting experience for Level I
• 3 years of Commercial Lines experience for Level II
