[Purpose Statement]
This role aims to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the sales and marketing organizations by supporting all documents and various requests related to the commercial organization in compliance with BSC internal regulations and processes, and by establishing new processes or regulations as necessary.
[Key Responsibilities]
Ensure commercial sales & marketing activities comply with applicable regulations & company policies
Manage work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner
Provide guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information
Support BU’s sponsorship event & Manage whole related process
Manage & arrange whole sponsorship process
Communicate with inside & outside
