Commercial Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Commercial Services Coordinator to join our Commercial Services team in Madrid. In this role, you will play an important part in managing service contracts and supporting the smooth execution of service contract operations.

As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Care to ensure accurate contract handling and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Register maintenance contracts accurately in internal systems and ensure timely annual invoicing
• Identify and follow up on service contract renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Customer Care
• Prepare maintenance quotations using pricing tools
• Create standard contract documentation and share proposals with partners and customers
