Commercial Quantity Surveyor

To ensure every project is commercially viable by accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, procuring subcontractors, controlling project costs, managing variations and maintaining financial visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

The role will provide commercial support from project inception through final account while working closely with:

• Project Managers
• Contracts Management
• Procurement
• Finance
• Suppliers
• Specialist subcontractors

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Cost Planning

Must be able to understand and read the following:

• Architectural drawings
• Construction drawings
• Shopfitting layouts
• Joinery drawings
• Electrical layouts
