• To $100,000 + super + car allowance + Mobile Phone + iPad
• Predominantly inhouse role with high level support
• South of the river location with ample parking

• Look after a premium and a-grade portfolio of assets 
• Working closely with the director and wider property management teams  
• You will be instrumental in the success and future growth of an already well managed portfolio 

The role: 
Based in the CBD, you'll be given genuine responsibility, autonomy, and mentorship, with a clear pathway for long-term career growth.

You will take ownership of a premium portfolio of boutique office and city-fringe commercial assets, balancing the operational management of buildings with the strategic management of landlord and tenant relationships.

This is a hands-on role where your ability to understand how buildings function is just as important as your commercial acumen.
