Commercial Project Manager

Overview

This role strengthens global timezone coverage by operating from Spain. Its main support function is for the US Commercials organization through structured data consolidation, reporting, and operational coordination across multiple clients and entities. It plays a key role during close and forecast cycles and supports global new business pitches. It also contributes to the ongoing development of commercial templates, automation, and prompt libraries.

Key Responsibilities

Data Consolidation and Reporting

• Maintain consolidated commercial data files, including staffing, forecasting inputs.

• Run consolidated reporting cycles for month close and forecasting.

• Validate data accuracy to ensure consistent reporting.

• Prepare consolidated summaries used by commercial and finance leadership.

• Track and update pipeline information.
