Commercial Planning & S&OP Lea*dership

Lea*d the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives.

Establish and drive an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework across the organization.

Partner closely with the GM and functional lea*ders to support strategic business decisions.

Develop planning capabilities, processes, KPIs, and governance for a rapidly growing organization.

Provide visibility and recommendations on sales forecasts, inventory risks, business opportunities, and supply constraints.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

Own the end-to-end demand planning process across all channels, including Retail, E-Commerce, Marketplace, and Wholesale.

Develop accurate sales forecasts at category, product, and channel levels.

Continuously improve forecast accuracy and demand planning methodologies.
