We have been asked to source a commercial lead to work on a number of large Water Projects Our client is a highly reputable contractor that undertakes projects across a variety of sectors.

Lead commercial management across major MEICA projects, ensuring strong financial performance, cash flow, and risk control
Take ownership of projects from pre-contract through to final account
Provide robust project controls oversight, including cost forecasting, change management, and performance reporting
Work closely with project delivery teams to drive commercial strategy and informed decision-making
Lead and support commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
Contribute to bidding, estimating, and risk reviews, ensuring commercial robustness at tender stage
