Commercial Manager

At Resolve Marine, our employees and our dedication to the environment is what sets us apart from the rest. The Commercial Manager oversees Resolve’s commercial activities including business development, marketing, tendering for projects, contract management and commercial oversight of salvage and wreck removal projects worldwide. Work is performed in close coordination with regional offices and other departments within the organization.

• Independently develop commercial offers for small to medium size projects, coordinating with the assets and operations divisions.
• Work with bid teams to develop creative commercial / pricing strategies.
• Negotiate and manage client contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Supervise the project coordinators’ and commercial coordinators’ project and office‑based workload with respect to cost control, billing, and subcontractor management.
