Commercial Manager

Position Purpose

The Commercial Manager will be the chief architect of Kingenta Asia Pacific’s footprint in Indonesia. You will be responsible for building the local team from the ground up, securing market share in high-value segments like Oil Palm, and building a robust national distribution network for Kingenta Asia Pacific’s crop nutrition, specialty fertilizer, nutrient management solutions and biological categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Market Expansion: Drive the primary development of sales and marketing initiatives in Malaysia. Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans, managing orders, inventory, and dealer networks to achieve aggressive growth targets.
