- Completed commercial education(e.g. business academy, university of applied sciences, university); auniversity degree is desirable
- Professional experience in asimilar role, ideally in the construction industry
- Solid IT skills and a strongaffinity for working with numbers
- Dynamic, analytical, andinnovative mindset
- Strong communication andcontractual skills
- Willingness to learn,flexibility, and above-average commitment
- Structured, proactive,solution-oriented, and independent working style with strong team spirit
- Strong awareness of quality andcost-efficiency
- Possible willingness to travel
- Knowledge of a CEE language isa plus, but not mandatory
