- Develop and execute a global commercial strategy for public courses
- Lead international expansion by identifying priority topics, markets, and delivery formats
- Shape marketing and demand generation strategy using data and performance insights
- Line‑manage business development activity to convert leads and optimise course fill rates
- Oversee course portfolio planning, scheduling, capacity utilisation, and cancellation decisions
