Commercial Manager (Pre-Contract) Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor with 10-15 years of experience from a reputable cost consultancy background to join our Commercial team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in budgeting, cost planning, estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering for large-scale real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and feasibility estimates during concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
- Conduct detailed cost benchmarking, market pricing, and value engineering to support commercial decision-making.
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure cost efficiency and budget alignment during design development.
