Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SME renewals portfolio as well as any other schemes & programs as assigned and assisting in insurance tenders
- Reviewing the client’s insurance policies’ terms and conditions to match changing risks conditions
- Recommending new policy cover(s) for risks previously not identified
- Working closely with claims team to ensure the client’s claims are handled and managed promptly and efficiently
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and insurers.
