Job Summary

Stategic thinker with major transactional experience required.

As large shareholders in a variety of property (and other) funds, our client is looking for a Fund Manager who is able to steer operations whilst seeking investment enhancing opportunities over a wide portfolio. With other group entities available to assist with capital raising, treasury, development and property management services, this role is ideally positioned to maximise on the potential of a range of both inhouse and outsourced professional services to identify and unlock value. Reporting to various boards, this role will ensure that the considerable retail, commercial & industrial funds are taking full advantage of market conditions, sales & acquisition opportunities, funding capabilities and industry partnerships to provide entry and exit strategies which are optimally timed.
