Commercial Executive (Ship Supply Industry)

Global maritime service group and leading ship supplier serving merchant marine, offshore, and defense industries.

Location: Tuas (5‑min walk from Gul Circle MRT).

Compensation: $2,800 - $4,400 + AWS. Training provided. 5.5 days: Upon confirmation alternate 5.5 days.

• Handle RFQs within the allocated time, including receiving, creating, and distributing quotes to the client.
• Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet‑based customer portals & e‑platforms (e.g., Ship‑Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B).
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT).
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager.
