Overview

The Commercial Executive (CE) is a customer-facing sales professional and trusted advisor responsible for designing and executing commercial strategy across an assigned book of business. This role partners closely with sellers, functional experts (e.g., CELA, finance, operations), and the broader account team to drive revenue growth, negotiate pricing and contracting, and accelerate customer adoption of Microsoft cloud solutions. Operating in a dynamic, AI‑powered, high-growth environment, the CE leads commercial deal execution, identifies upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, ensures compliance, and cultivates long‑term customer value through strategic orchestration and ethical selling practices.
