Commercial Counsel, Global MNC

Our client, a renowned global consumer brand, is seeking a mid-level lawyer for a 12+ month secondment.

Sitting within the regional Group Corporate Legal department, this role will support a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across the region. Beyond day-to-day advisory work, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact legal projects with strong visibility — including new product launches and business expansion initiatives.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially-minded lawyer with private practice experience who is looking to broaden their in-house exposure within a leading international brand.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements with minimal supervision
• Professional admission in at least one of the following jurisdictions: England & Wales, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, ...
