Responsibilities
- Own negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements including MSAs, SaaS Agreements, SOWs, BAAs, DPAs, and NDAs
- Partner with Sales to accelerate deal velocity while managing legal and regulatory risk
- Serve as the primary legal partner for day-to-day commercial legal requests
- Advise business partners on commercial, privacy, product, and operational legal matters
- Develop and maintain contract templates, fallback language, and negotiation playbooks
