Commercial Counsel, Asia — Hybrid in Singapore

Databricks is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to support Asia field teams and provide ad-hoc support for GTM and new-market entry efforts. You will review and negotiate customer contracts while aligning legal risk with rapid regional revenue growth.

Reporting to the Sr. Director & AGC, Commercial Legal, the role focuses on technology transactions, data privacy, and compliance within the Asia region in a hybrid Singapore office setting.
