Commercial Contracts Compliance & Risk Supervisor

On behalf of our manufacturing client, located in the Oakville/ Milton region we are seeking a Commercial Contracts Compliance & Risk Supervisor to oversee the entire lifecycle of business-to-business (B2B) agreements to minimize financial liability, prevent operational disruptions, and eliminate regulatory vulnerabilities. This role combines strict compliance auditing with proactive risk management, directing a team to evaluate contract terms, manage corporate insurance requirements, and protect the organization from commercial exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Identification & Mitigation: Review and evaluate commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs) to identify high-risk indemnification clauses, unfavorable limitations of liability, and severe non-performance penalties
