Commercial Construction - Site Superintendent (Kitchener-Waterloo)

Overview

We're looking for a couple talented individuals to join our team of experienced Construction professionals.

Our projects are typically located throughout the Kitchener - Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph areas. They range in project value from approximately $100K to $ 15 Million.

You would be site up supervising onsite daily. Depending on the project size you might also be working hands on while coordinating trades.

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

• Previous experience in the Commercial construction industry
• Knowledge and familiarity of the Ontario Building Code
• The ability to communicate in a clear and positive manner with co-workers, subtrades, Architects, Engineers and clients
• A high sense of pride for quality of work and accuracy
• The ability to schedule subtrades efficiently on a construction site
• Consistent focus on maintaining a safe work place
